How to create Scratch Orgs with any existing namespace prefix!

Our aim is to create a Scratch Org with any preoccupied namespace. For example, we have a managed packaging org with the namespace prefix: IshtiKutum. Now, our target is to create a Scratch Org with the same namespace. BTW, what's the main advantage? We can develop our code with namespace prefix without using the packaging org.
